Hi, my name is Carmelle Bernier from Quebec, Canada. I am fluent in English and French. I moved to Scottsdale, Arizona in 1983 which qualifies me as almost a native. I am very familiar with the Valley of the Sun and follow closely the Scottsdale and Phoenix Metropolitan real estate market.
In the last 15 years I witnessed the Sonoran Desert, once virgin
desert land, being transformed by Real Estate Developers to become the most valuable and
desirable communities where YOU will enjoy our unique lifestyle that is a paradise for golfers and
where visitors and residents enjoy the outdoors all year round without worrying about the weather… it’s a dry heat... My son, David, and I can’t think of
