| Why do we have to sign the closing documents a minimum of three days prior to closing? | |

| Because the Escrow Officer needs to send back the loan documents to the Lender for final review and approval, then the lender deposits the money in the escrow account which is transferred to the seller at Close of Escrow/at recording. |
